Refund & Return

All gift boxes leave our premises in perfect condition, should any product be broken or crushed during transportation we will offer a full refund of the item.  Due to courier restraints we are unable to offer an immediate delivered replacement option. 

Liquor License and FCP

To comply with the Sale of Liquor Act, we have a Certificate of Compliance pursuant to section 100 (f) of the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, granted by the Napier City Council, Liquor License 30/OFF/1259/2017.

Customers must be 18 years of age or over to purchase or receive items containing alcohol from our website.  It is illegal to make a false declaration of age.

No liquor can be sold or delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day.

We have completed a Food Control Plan course granted by Environmental Outcomes Limited.

Payment Options

We accept credit card and direct banking payment.  If you choose to pay through direct debit, our bank details will be sent to you after you confirm your purchase.  Please note that we will only process the order upon receipt of payment.

Can I open an account?

Yes, there is an option to open an account on the order page.  Accounts are optional and you can still make a purchase as a guest.

Can I change an order?

Yes, please phone us on Sandy (027) 358 7956 or Jane (021) 409 333 if you need to change delivery details or gift box.  This must be made 24 hours before delivery date.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, if for any reason you need to cancel an order, please ring Sandy (027) 358 7956 or Jane (021) 409 333 during office hours, but we will need 24 hour’s notice.  We are unable to cancel orders once delivery process has started.

How do I store the gift box?

The non-perishable items, such as chocolates and crackers, can be stored safely at room temperature.  It is imperative that some of the perishable items, such as cheeses, are refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery.  The gift boxes do have a frozen gel pad, but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone will be available to accept the gift box.

How do I know an order has been received?

Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with an order number and the details of your purchase.
